Simple Serving Suggestions
How to Transition
No two cats are alike, so why should their eating habits be?
Start with the daily feeding guide on the right and adjust based on your cat’s needs. We recommend splitting the amount into two meals—AM & PM.
To start, mix a few nuggets with your cat’s current food. Over 5–7 days, slowly increase the Simple Food portion and decrease the old food.
Rehydrate or Feed Dry
Add about ¾ cup warm water or bone broth per 1 cup of food. Let it sit for 2 minutes, stir, and serve.
Prefer dry? That works too—just make sure clean water is always available.
Got Crumbs?
Using whole foods makes every batch unique. Because our food is freeze-dried, it’s totally normal to see more or fewer crumbs from bag to bag.
Don’t toss ‘em—sprinkle over meals, mix with warm water for broth, or freeze into catsicles!

About the Project
Every pet deserves real food– whole, high-quality food that we believe helps all pets thrive.
What goes into recipes is every bit as important as what’s left out so, using nothing but whole foods, Dr. Bessent formulated limited-ingredient recipes. Then, using some rather cutting-edge spaceman technology, she freeze-dried them so that every benefit of raw, whole food was available for your pet.
It’s real, whole food nutrition without compromising convenience, and that really makes the decision around how and what to feed your four-legger simple.
